Is your salary correct?

As usual, Loimu’s annual labour market survey was carried out in November 2022 as an online survey, which was sent to all members of Loimu who were working at the time and who had a functioning e-mail address in the member register. The survey received 2,457 responses. The response rate was 25 per cent, which was roughly the same as the previous year. The study report was completed in March.

The average salary of all respondents was EUR 4,584, with an increase of approximately 2 per cent from the previous year. The median was EUR 4,342, which is EUR 79 more than in 2021.
