The voting for Loimu’s council elections has begun
Your vote matters! By voting for your candidate, you influence your own trade union. The council elected now for the years 2025-2028 will hold the highest decision-making authority in our union and play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the union's activities.
You can vote at sahkoinenvaali.fi/loimu or through the front page of Loimu’s website. You will need your online banking credentials. Voting is open until Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 23:59.
By voting, you will also participate in a draw for five S-hotel gift cards packages (value 149 eur) and ten GoGift gift cards (value 20 eur). For more information about the draw, visit loimu.fi/kampanjat.

What is the council?
The council is Loimu’s highest decision-making body, responsible for significant matters concerning the union’s operations, such as activities, finances, and membership fees.
The current council’s term ends on December 31, 2024. A new council will be elected in elections held as an electronic vote from October 8 to 29, 2024.
Who can vote?
Eligible voters in the elections are Full, Student, Student Plus and Senior members who have joined Loimu by July 31, 2024.
Voting in Loimu’s elections is only possible electronically. If you do not have a computer at home or work, you can vote at a library, for example. If you cannot use another electronic voting location or do not have bank credentials, you can arrange to vote at Loimu’s office. Please schedule your visit to vote at the office in advance by calling Loimu’s switchboard at +358 9 6226 850. The switchboard is open Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
