This year, we have requested feedback from all Loimu members who have used personal member services (legal advice, career services, services in membership-related matters).

Our member services exceed our customers’ expectations, reflected in an impressive NPS recommendation score of 80! 

NPS, or Net Promoter Score, measures the likelihood of recommending a company, product, or service to others, such as colleagues. Recommendation willingness and satisfaction are measured with a single question, and NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The resulting score ranges from -100 (no promoters) to 100 (no detractors).
