Online training
As a member, you have access to Loimu’s online trainings, which help you strengthen your job search skills. The coaching sessions are free for you; some can be done independently, while others are guided. We continuously update our offerings.

How to create a good CV, job application or LinkedIn profile and prepare for interview? Our training offerings are tailored to support your job search.
We target topics for job seekers and those who are transitioning in their careers (for example, after earning a PhD). Additionally, our themes include salary matters and workplace well-being.
We record most of our training sessions. You can find the recordings in Tallennekirjasto section of Loimu’s member pages after logging in and in our video library.
Salary advice
Determine the appropriate salary level whenever you apply for a new job. We help you request a salary that matches your skills and experience before you sign an employment contract. Using our own research and other available statistical data, we can advise our members on salary matters and its development in various job roles.

Personal job search coaching
Are you wondering about recognizing your skills, creating a standout job application, or struggling with your CV? Do you need help optimizing your LinkedIn profile, finding hidden job opportunities, or updating your job search methods?
The coaching includes 1-3 sessions depending on your situation, which may also involve various interim tasks. The guidance is conducted via video call or phone. You can book a session from the appointment calendar. Prepare for the session by arranging a distraction-free space where you can concentrate. We recommend using headphones and a camera to maintain confidentiality. Take notes for yourself and be prepared to work actively. Conversations with a career coach are completely confidential.
