This is how you can pay the membership fee

You can pay Loimu’s membership fee with a paper invoice or electronically as an e-invoice or with a MobilePay invoice. We strongly recommend switching to an e-invoice or a MobilePay invoice!

Membership fee as an e-invoice

The e-invoice is the easiest way to take care of your membership fee, and you also help us reduce the amount of paper mail!

E-invoicing starts at the beginning of the next calendar month, or if you already paid the membership fee for the whole year, e-invoicing starts at the beginning of the next year. 

If there are changes in your life situation during the year that affect the membership fee (e.g. unemployment, family leave, etc.), and your membership fee changes, the e-invoice is always automatically updated to the correct amount in the online bank. The changes are always updated at the beginning of the next calendar month.

How do I order an e-invoice?

Order an e-invoice in OmaLoimu:

In OmaLoimu, under the section Membership fees, you will find Order an e-invoice proposal. The proposal usually appears in your online bank by the next banking day.  Remember to confirm the proposal in your online bank!

You can also make an e-invoice subscription directly in your own online
bank: 

Select, or search for Loimu from the billers list in your online bank using Loimu’s business ID-number 0202153-4 or with “Loimu” or the whole name ” The Union of Professionals in Natural, Environmental and Forestry Sciences Loimu”

Enter your social security number as your identification information.

Student-level members, Senior members and supporter members receive a membership fee invoice annually. If you miss the payment, the invoice will be sent to you again the following month.

StudentPlus-level members and Full members receive the membership fee as a monthly instalment each month. If a payment is missed, it is automatically included in the future instalments.

 If necessary, ask your own bank for additional bank-specific instructions.

Membership fee as a MobilePay invoice

Make it easy to pay the membership fee! When you choose MobilePay as the payment method, you will receive a message in the application about a new membership fee invoice. The application can be downloaded from application stores in the mobile phones. 

MobilePay billing starts at the beginning of the next calendar month, or if you already paid the full year’s membership fee, billing starts at the beginning of the next year. 

You can switch to the MobilePay payment method in OmaLoimu or by informing member services via OmaLoimu. 

How do I order a MobilePay invoice?

Download the MobilePay application to your mobile from the application store 

Add your phone number in OmaLoimu in the section Membership fees -> MobilePay and order a MobilePay invoice by pressing Order.

Membership fee as a paper invoice

If you choose to pay the membership fee with a paper invoice, the invoices are sent annually to the home address found in Loimu’s membership register at the end of January. 

The membership fee bill for Student-level members, Senior members and supporters is paid in one instalment.

StudentPlus-level members and Full members Members can pay the entire year’s bill at once or in four instalments.
